Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.

As a therapist, I have a deeply held belief in the power of listening and acceptance. It can be scary to trust in yourself, especially when you are suffering. Therapy with me is a space to let go and be yourself: no masks, no judgment, just curiosity, acceptance, and compassion. I provide this space for clients of all backgrounds. My clients would describe me as calm, warm, and adaptable.
I am passionate about supporting clients healing from trauma, dealing with ADHD, and dealing with anxiety. I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you unhook from difficult, tangled thoughts and feelings and to live according to your values. I also use EMDR to support clients healing from trauma. Together, we will collaborate to figure out what has you feeling stuck and what actions you can take to move toward a full, meaningful life.

As a graduate of Colorado State University-Pueblo in May 2025, I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in August 2025. I am also a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Social Work Candidate (SWC). With over 7 years of experience in human services, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, supporting families involved with the Department of Human Services as a life skills worker. Additionally, I spent a year providing clinical services as a therapist during my final year of school. Working in this field has allowed me to truly appreciate the significance of mental health stability, particularly during difficult life transitions. I understand that life’s obstacles can feel overwhelming at times, making the path forward seem daunting. It’s completely normal to feel as though you’re carrying a heavy burden, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
Healthy communication and exploring the next steps in your life can be empowering and essential for healing, whether you are dealing with depression, unhealthy coping mechanisms, stress, trauma, maladaptive behaviors, or concerns about self-esteem. My aim is to collaborate with you, providing support and understanding as we work together. I am dedicated to helping you raise awareness around your feelings and experiences, equipping you with therapeutic tools to foster growth in the areas that matter most to you. I am passionate about using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused brief therapy, to help you overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. I look forward to building a strong, trusting relationship with you. Together, we can embark on this journey toward healing and positive change, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.

Life can look perfectly fine from the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. You may be constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, questioning yourself, or caught in patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Maybe anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or difficult life experiences have made it harder to feel like yourself. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Therapy is a place where you'll be heard, understood, and challenged in ways that support meaningful growth. Together, we'll make sense of what's been keeping you stuck, discover what matters most to you, and create a path forward that feels authentic to the life you want to build. If you already know your goals, we'll work toward them. If you're not sure where to begin, we'll figure that out together. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs.
I don't believe you need to become someone else to build a better life. More often, the work is about removing the barriers that have kept you from becoming the person you've always been capable of being. Over time, many clients find they feel calmer, more confident, less controlled by anxiety or past experiences, and more trusting of themselves. They build healthier relationships, set stronger boundaries, and move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. My hope is that therapy becomes not just a place to process what's difficult, but a place where lasting change begins.
