Finding an EFT Therapist in Colorado

We believe underneath most relationship conflict is a simple question: are you there for me?

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps couples understand the emotional cycle driving their conflict — the pursue-withdraw pattern, the shutdown after criticism, the anger that's really fear underneath. At Overcomers Counseling in Colorado, our EFT-trained therapists help partners identify that cycle and build a more secure emotional bond.

Our team of dedicated EFT-trained couples counselors helps you reach the vulnerable feelings hiding underneath the argument.

Serena Chalepah, LPCC
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Serena has not only knowledge, but compassion, understanding, guidance to push through whatever obstacles I have faced, and the advice needed to learn new traits or skills. I’ve definitely had a battle of finding a therapist I not only connect with, but someone I’m comfortable sharing some uncomfortable situations with to help move past. She’s been so very patient with me and my life’s ups and downs. I can’t thank her enough for being so genuine! Has been nothing but a great experience!

Miranda Puente, LSW
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I feel like she listens to everything I have to say in a non-judgemental way. She remains nuetral and provide valid information as necessary and doesnt feed into my delusions, yet help me escape them step by step. When we are speaking i feel she is very attentive and engage in the conversation(s) at hand. I enjoy how relatable she can be on difficult topics. All I have to say about Miranda is GOAT.
