I believe that life and mental health are a journey. My job is to walk alongside you on this journey until you feel comfortable navigating life on your own. Therapy is essential for unlocking the best versions of ourselves. I am an LPCC in the state of Colorado, and I look forward to working with you. I have worked in mental health for the past seven years, including roles as a mental health technician in a hospital, answering crisis intervention phone lines, providing in-person crisis intervention, and offering individual clinical mental health therapy. It can be challenging to navigate life's twists and turns alone. Therapy provides a safe space to explore our inner selves, thoughts, and feelings, gaining insights to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth. As your therapist, my role is to provide unwavering support and guidance as you embark on this journey of self-discovery.
