Sometimes talking isn’t enough, and it can feel frustrating when traditional therapy doesn’t seem to be helping. That’s why I use approaches to work with both the mind and body, allowing you to move forward when you’re feeling stuck. I have extensive experience helping people heal from difficult life experiences and trauma. Whether you’re dealing with childhood wounds, relationship trauma, or painful experiences, I provide a safe space to work through these challenges. I use several effective modalities including EMDR and Gottman method for couples. I use techniques that help you connect with your body’s innate wisdom and understand the different parts of yourself. I believe everyone has the capacity for joy and connection, even if they feel distant right now. Together we’ll help you rediscover these parts of yourself.

Hi there! I am Madeline, and I am so glad you are here! I work with clients who are experiencing a wide range of mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma, separation, grief and loss, times of transition, social isolation, substance use issues, anger management, and resilience building. You, the client, and your unique needs and lives guide my counseling approaches.I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that considers how single-event trauma and daily chronic stress take a toll on your mind, body, and relationships. I use evidence-based, neuroscience-backed approaches to help you create a sense of renewed stability and resilience in your mind, physical body, and relationships.I see you and understand how difficult the first step of reaching out often is, but I hope you make that choice for a better path forward. I am ready to assist in any way I can. Let's chat soon.

One of the most profound forms of self-love is the decision we make that we are worthy of being fully heard and seen. While therapy can feel intimidating or uncomfortable, it is my priority to create a safe environment where clients can feel authentically themselves. I approach the therapeutic process as walking alongside you, as we work towards the areas you feel are most important to you. I value warmth, genuineness, empathy, learning, and our relationship as the most essential components of therapy. From my experiences working with individuals, couples, and families, I have witnessed the magic of therapy and the unwavering resilience of humans. You are deserving of living a life free of the weights you carry. If you are willing to have me on your side, I would be honored to support you.

Hi there! I'm Annie, and I am originally from Arizona. I am a 22-year retired Air Force Veteran and a 20-year Coloradan. I am an avid holistic wellness enthusiast. I specialize in chronic illness, autoimmune struggles, unresolved childhood/partner/religious trauma, and the grief that comes with those. I am a mom of two kiddos and an American Akita owner. I love to laugh as we heal. Healing can be fun! Life is often referred to as a book. Two pages are written for everyone; the first is about LIFE, and the last is about death. The center pages are empty. What you write in those pages can be whatever you choose. Even when the book gets dirty, torn, or broken, the blank pages are still there...waiting for you to fill them. Life is full of twists and turns, and how we are fundamentally taught to handle life varies from person to person. We are all so unique. My view of therapy is that of a helpmate. I walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and wholeness. Trauma is written in every single one of our books to some degree. What happens to us can often become a part of our identity. I aim to help you reclaim your true self and walk out of trauma with newfound hope and vision to fill those pages of your story. Let's do this together!

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to meet you where you are. I deeply value the connections I make with my clients and believe that personal growth happens when you feel safe to explore your feelings, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

"It's not about what it is, it's about what it can become." One of my favorite quotes from Dr. Seuss; his wise words sum up my approach to working with any client, from preschool age to midlife. I believe in transparency and client empowerment; YOU are the one who decides what your goals are. My hope and my goal are to help you work through whatever obstacles you may face and develop a roadmap for success. With several years of experience in trauma therapy, I believe in establishing a safe environment, and I promise all of my clients that their voices will be heard. I look forward to working with you and discovering what can become of the journey we take together!

I am a mother to three adult children, a grandmother to the sweetest girl, and the wife of an exceptionally gifted husband. As a therapist, I've faced challenges in treating people to a standard of health or healing. Every medical profession, except for mental health, has a specific standard that defines when a client is considered healthy or healed. The optometrist corrects vision to 20/20, a dentist ensures teeth are straight and free of cavities, and an orthopedic doctor restores broken bones to their proper alignment. Therapists are called to help restore, heal, and empower clients to move forward in life. Furthermore, as the wife of a retired military veteran, I have great admiration and love for the men and women who serve our great country. I am passionate about helping those who are hurting due to military deployments, separations, divorce, and anyone who simply needs a listening ear to share their story. I have survived deployments, year-long separations, single parenting, and moving from state to state and overseas. I have endured many life hardships, fought personal battles, and emerged victorious. In addition, I have worked with individuals on parole and probation, those dealing with bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, schizophrenia, and addiction-related issues. I enjoy working with adults. I specialize in: Military Lifestyle, depression, anxiety, co-dependency, addiction, and marital infidelity. My counseling style seeks to meet the needs of those I serve. I am a faith-based counselor with experience in CBT, DBT techniques, reality-focused therapy, and EMDR training. The most daunting challenge for any client seeking help is making that first contact and walking through the door. There is victory on the other side if you are willing to take the first step in seeking it. My door is wide open and ready to help those who are weary, downtrodden, or who simply need affirmation or encouragement. My clients say I listen intently, engage passionately, and have the ability to be direct, courageous, yet kind and empathetic.
