Sometimes talking isn’t enough, and it can feel frustrating when traditional therapy doesn’t seem to be helping. That’s why I use approaches to work with both the mind and body, allowing you to move forward when you’re feeling stuck. I have extensive experience helping people heal from difficult life experiences and trauma. Whether you’re dealing with childhood wounds, relationship trauma, or painful experiences, I provide a safe space to work through these challenges.
I use several effective modalities including EMDR and Gottman method for couples. I use techniques that help you connect with your body’s innate wisdom and understand the different parts of yourself.
I believe everyone has the capacity for joy and connection, even if they feel distant right now. Together we’ll help you rediscover these parts of yourself.
