Hello friends, if you are reading this, you may be feeling stuck, or shattered, or afraid that healing is not possible for you, and the pain you're experiencing is just how your life is now. But healing is possible. My name is Sara Williams and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I completed my Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology at ASU and received my Master’s from Colorado Christian University. Having the opportunity to be a part of someone’s therapeutic journey is a huge privilege and providing an environment for you to feel safe, heard, and gain healing is a top priority. I use an array of evidenced based treatments and have experience working with a variety of ages, demographics, and presenting concerns. I specialize in EMDR and have a passion for working with individuals who have been impacted by trauma. I believe that people are created to be resilient, but unfortunately, time does not heal all wounds. Sometimes we need extra support and skills to overcome our past and reclaim the future. Taking the step to begin therapy can be daunting, but it would be a privilege for me to be a part of your healing journey!
