I specialize in working with military members, veterans, and their spouses, as well as individuals seeking healing from trauma, difficult life experiences, and major transitions. As a veteran spouse, I understand many of the unique challenges military families face and am passionate about helping clients process the past, strengthen resilience, and create a more fulfilling future.

I have provided therapeutic interventions as an outpatient therapist and crisis counselor for 10 years; working with people with acute mental health concerns and people with serious and persistent mental health disorders.
I have worked with people of diverse backgrounds over my career. In helping clients achieve their mental health goals, I acknowledge and support developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my client to best support my clients in developing awareness and skills needed to achieve the therapeutic goals that you set. I believe in a client-centered approach that focuses on interventions that will work best with each, individual client for the best result, based on the beliefs and values of those clients
I understand that people have situations that come up in their lives while working on goals and have, and hope to continue to, help my clients learn skills needed to help manage those problems and increase awareness of how they impact my clients' mental health. I will support you in making changes in your mental health when you are ready to begin.

Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.
