You are the author of your own life. Sometimes, the story gets confusing. I'm here to partner with you in better understanding yourself, where you are, and where you want to be. For me, the therapeutic relationship is foundational for success, and ours will be built on safety, trust, and compassion. I take an integrative and client-centered approach to counseling, tailoring my methods to suit your unique needs and preferences. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. While proficient in several modalities, I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I help my clients build resilience through self-compassion, develop coping skills, and ultimately foster healthier relationships with themselves and those around them. I hold a Master's of Science in Education (MSEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and have worked with clients from all walks of life, ages, and diverse reasons for seeking counseling.
