I am a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic support to children, teens, and adults. Specializing in complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and childhood emotional and behavioral health, I employ an integrative and personalized modality that meets each client where they are, providing supportive connections and genuine empathy to nurture growth and emotional wellness. I utilize an integrative approach and am trained in several evidence-based treatment modalities, including: ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ARC (Attachment, Regulation, Competency), SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy), CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), Theraplay, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy.
