Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or struggles with food and body image begin to take over. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience working with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, relational issues, grief, disordered eating, and weight management. I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. My approach is person-centered and uniquely tailored to each client. I believe meaningful change happens within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and understanding. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels right. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to support you.

Are you tired of craving peace and quiet, only to feel restless the moment you find it? Do you catch yourself questioning everything internally, even when you have what you need? These experiences can be signs of depression, anxiety, stress, or unresolved trauma. I help men, veterans, service members, and children reconnect with themselves, improve behaviors, and find the stability and clarity they and their families have been searching for.
As a Marine Corps veteran, I know firsthand how hard it can be to open up, especially to someone who doesn’t understand the culture, the pressure, or the unspoken expectations. I’ve been in the seat where therapy felt distant and disconnected. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to bridging that gap and making you feel understood from the start.
Whether you're surviving the stress of your day-to-day, struggling with mental health, seeking more satisfaction in your relationships or career, needing to change and modify some behaviors, or simply trying to regain a sense of purpose, no matter the problem, I’ve got your back.

Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.

My dedication to helping others was shaped by formative life experiences and strengthened through years of personal growth and professional development. Serving as a medic in the military was a pivotal experience that deepened my commitment to walking alongside people during moments of crisis, uncertainty, and vulnerability. Since then, I have supported individuals through a variety of roles, gaining a deeper appreciation for the resilience people demonstrate while navigating life’s most difficult challenges.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan experiencing trauma, grief, mental health concerns, major life transitions, involvement with the legal system, and other significant stressors. These experiences have expanded my understanding of the many ways people adapt, heal, and create meaningful change.
My education and clinical training have strengthened my therapeutic skills while continuing to shape my empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I am especially drawn to an Adlerian approach, which emphasizes holistic care, social connection, personal strengths, and the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and fulfillment. I integrate evidence-based practices within this framework to help clients develop insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
In therapy, I strive to create a supportive and authentic space where individuals can explore vulnerability, develop self-awareness, and approach themselves with compassion rather than judgment. I believe that courage and connection are essential parts of healing, and that when people recognize their strengths and feel understood, they can move toward greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.
