Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. Reaching out for help can be daunting, and I applaud you for taking this initial step toward living a more rewarding life. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, working closely with you to ensure that your treatment goals are always my priority. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with all types of anxiety and have extensive experience with adults dealing with trauma exposure, such as victims of crime, domestic violence survivors, and combat veterans. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work with parents to enhance the parent-child relationship and address issues related to child non-compliance, aggression, and school behaviors, as well as supporting adults struggling with depression, relationship difficulties, and work-life balance issues.
