I believe every individual has the capacity to define who they are and who they want to become, regardless of their past. My job is to help you reconnect, redefine, and re-imagine who you are by discovering what matters most to you. My primary goal as a counselor is to create a space for every individual to explore their lives and find opportunities to grow and create the change they want to see. I take a holistic approach to the counseling experience by exploring nutrition and physical activity with a unique therapeutic approach that combines CBT, Existentialism, Shadow Work, and Dream Analysis. My mission is to help you gain control over Stress and Anxiety, understand and transform past Trauma, navigate Life Transitions, and explore faith-based and spiritual concerns by re-establishing broken or lost connections with who you are, and what is most important to you.

Hello! I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, discover hope, and create meaningful change. It would be a privilege to support you as you work toward healing and growth. I believe therapy is about creating a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your unique experiences, find new ways of coping, and work toward your goals. I love working with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions, and personal struggles. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to best support your needs, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systems Theory. I tailor these methods to your specific goals, working collaboratively to bring about positive change. If faith is an important part of your life, I’m happy to integrate faith-based practices and beliefs into our work, upon request. Originally from Louisiana, I moved to Colorado in 2022. I love spending time with my husband, our dog, and cat. I enjoy crocheting, camping, paddleboarding, and drinking coffee and playing board games with friends.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to meet you where you are. With over three years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I deeply value the connections I make with my clients and believe that personal growth happens when you feel safe to explore your feelings, challenges, and aspirations. While not every therapist will be the right fit for everyone, my commitment is to walk alongside you and help you find the tools you need to move forward, whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking personal growth. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I moved from Arizona nine years ago to Colorado. I love all the adventure Colorado provides. Most of all, I love the cool summer nights and building a snowman in the winter. While here in Colorado, I have been attending school and have received two degrees in Applied Behavioral Psychology and one Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Therapy is a collaborative journey. As we work together, I believe symptoms can be reduced. I am a trauma-informed counselor who practices from an integrated systems perspective, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, non-directive approaches, indirect play therapy, and motivational interviewing. My therapeutic approach encompasses relational counseling with a focus on person-centered therapy. I also incorporate a strength-based and solution-focused approach. I also utilize modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Furthermore, I offer unconditional positive regard to all of my clients as we journey together in the counseling relationship.

Hello! I want my clients to feel empowered by their mental health journey to learn how to love themselves and those around them. I would be honored to walk alongside you! My approach to therapy is "Parts Work" (Gestalt and Internal Family Systems), meaning that I believe we have various parts of ourselves that make up the whole of who we are. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify these parts that may be holding you back from reaching your goals. We will step into a new awareness together and empower you to make the changes you desire. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and specialize in multiple mental health conditions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. One thing that sets me apart as a therapist is my honest and authentic nature. I truly care about every one of my clients and am committed to helping them grow and thrive. I am ready to join you in your self-discovery and healing journey!
