I work with adolescents and adults navigating stress, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, direct, and practical, integrating CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed therapy to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful change. I understand that both teens and adults need space to feel seen, heard, and challenged in ways that fit their season of life. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative environment where growth feels both achievable and authentic.
