

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, faith-based, and women’s issues. Using a combination of different approaches, we will work together to give you the tools you need to lead a productive and fulfilling life. I lead several groups teaching communication and self-care, and one group specifically designed for moms with anxiety. I have found that anxiety is an isolating emotion, and one of the best and scientifically proven ways to combat this is to provide a community for like-minded individuals.

I am an LPCC in Colorado, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Before entering clinical counseling, I worked in community children and family agencies, with a focus on attachment-related concerns, family systems, and early relational stress.
