My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand and shift the patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping them stuck. In addition to CBT, I use an integrative approach that draws from various evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. This allows us to address challenges not just cognitively, but also emotionally and holistically—supporting healing and growth on multiple levels.
I meet each client where they are, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding them back and what’s possible. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, develop tools for coping and healing, and uncover the direction and sense of purpose you’ve been searching for.
