Feeling safe with others is probably the most critical aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives." - Bessel Van Der Kolk.
I believe that we all deserve relationships that we feel emotionally safety within. Relationships where we can get in touch with our emotions and feel truly felt by another person. I believe in the power of sharing our stories and being seen and "feeling with" another human being can be an incredibly healing experience. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work(SWC).
As a therapist, I strive to provide others with outside insight, helpful information, and empathy to help you normalize your struggles. I bring good listening skills, and a little gentle humor to each session. My practice is rooted in attachment theory and pulls on IFS and Narrative work. I am happy to work with clients who have a variety of challenges including- relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQ support!
"Recovery can only take place within the context of relationships; it cannot occur within isolation." -Judith Herman

My dedication to helping others was shaped by formative life experiences and deepened through both personal growth and professional development. A pivotal moment was my service as a medic in the military, which solidified my commitment to supporting others in times of crisis and vulnerability. Since then, I’ve held diverse roles and spent years supporting individuals facing complex life challenges, each experience deepening my understanding of human resilience and strengthening my dedication to the helping profession. I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan through trauma, grief, mental health concerns, life transitions, legal system involvement, and other impactful stressors.
My education and clinical experience have honed my therapeutic skills, broadened my perspective, and deepened my empathy—enabling me to empower others while continuing my own growth. Through this journey, I’ve aligned strongly with an Adlerian approach, emphasizing holistic, goal-oriented care, social connectedness, and the belief that every individual can realize their potential. This framework integrates evidence-based practices to promote wellness and meaningful change. As Alfred Adler noted, “Courage is the willingness to be imperfect.”
In therapy, I create a space where individuals can embrace vulnerability, develop self-awareness, and move toward growth with compassion rather than self-judgment. I believe that fostering courage and connection allows clients to recognize their strengths, engage authentically in change, and cultivate lasting well-being.

I am an LPCC in Colorado, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My work is grounded in compassion, steadiness, and a belief in the strong connection between the body, brain, and emotional wellbeing. I approach therapy in a way that feels calm, supportive, and practical, helping clients feel safe enough to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Before entering clinical counseling, I worked in community children and family agencies, with a focus on attachment-related concerns, family systems, and early relational stress.
I work with: Children who need help expressing emotions and building regulation skills Adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, school stress, and family conflict Adults facing overwhelm, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions Families and parents seeking stronger connection and communication with their children.
My style is warm, steady, and collaborative, with attention to both insight and practical change.

Every story carries sacred significance, intricately woven with threads of culture, heritage, courage, pain, and personal history. As an Asian-American therapist, I understand the importance of representation in therapy and the power of being truly seen. Many of my clients come in feeling disconnected from who they are or unsure of how their experiences have shaped them. I use a person-centered and trauma-informed lens approach to guide our work together, honoring your story while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support practical growth and emotional understanding. If you are ready to explore your story—untangling what no longer serves you and strengthening the threads that sustain you—I invite you to reach out. Together, we can weave a path toward healing, growth, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
