I provide compassionate care, brief psychotherapy, and medication management to clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and ADD/ADHD. Please note I do not prescribe daily benzodiazepines (clonazepam, alprazolam, valium, etc.) or hypnotic sleep aids. I am not able to complete disability paperwork for clients that I have known for less than six months.

As a counselor, I enjoy journeying with my clients and providing a safe, comfortable, and fun space for them to explore who they are and find the resources and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges and difficult emotions. I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. When working with clients, I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy, while remaining open to whatever approach best fits the needs of my clients. I’m originally from South Louisiana but moved to Colorado during the summer of 2023 with my husband, Adam, and our dog, Honey. I enjoy reading, hiking, biking, and bouldering in my free time. I also love talking and laughing with friends over a good cup of coffee.
