My dedication to helping others was shaped by formative life experiences and strengthened through years of personal growth and professional development. Serving as a medic in the military was a pivotal experience that deepened my commitment to walking alongside people during moments of crisis, uncertainty, and vulnerability. Since then, I have supported individuals through a variety of roles, gaining a deeper appreciation for the resilience people demonstrate while navigating life’s most difficult challenges.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan experiencing trauma, grief, mental health concerns, major life transitions, involvement with the legal system, and other significant stressors. These experiences have expanded my understanding of the many ways people adapt, heal, and create meaningful change.
My education and clinical training have strengthened my therapeutic skills while continuing to shape my empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I am especially drawn to an Adlerian approach, which emphasizes holistic care, social connection, personal strengths, and the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and fulfillment. I integrate evidence-based practices within this framework to help clients develop insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
In therapy, I strive to create a supportive and authentic space where individuals can explore vulnerability, develop self-awareness, and approach themselves with compassion rather than judgment. I believe that courage and connection are essential parts of healing, and that when people recognize their strengths and feel understood, they can move toward greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. Maybe you're overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, struggling to understand your emotions, or simply tired of feeling like you're carrying everything on your own.
Therapy should be more than having someone listen while you talk. You deserve to understand why you feel the way you do, learn practical skills to respond differently, and leave therapy with tools you can actually use in real life.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative - but also active. I believe therapy should be more than simply listening and validating. I'll listen without judgment, while also helping you identify patterns, consider new perspectives, and gently challenge the thoughts or behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.
You can expect psychoeducation, practical strategies, skill-building, and honest conversations tailored to what you're experiencing. We can focus on what's important to you, whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, partner/family issues, stress, life changes, self-esteem, boundaries, or life direction.
Most importantly, therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you understand yourself more deeply, building on your strengths, and developing the skills to navigate life with greater confidence and control.
You don't have to figure it all out alone. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through longstanding patterns, or simply want to grow into a healthier version of yourself, there is a path forward, and we can work toward it together.
You deserve a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and still be encouraged to grow.

Hi there! I believe therapy works best when it feels real, human, and collaborative. I show up as my authentic self and invite my clients to do the same, creating a space where both positive and difficult experiences can be openly explored and held with care. My approach is person-centered and existential, meaning I focus on who you are, what gives your life meaning, and how your values shape the choices you want to make. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and strength-based interventions to help you build awareness, resilience, and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Above all, I strive to meet you where you are, offering empathy, curiosity, and support while working together to shape therapy into something that feels intentional and aligned with your needs.

Do you feel like you’re constantly giving your all, yet it never quite feels like enough? Are you the one everyone relies on who forgets to take care of themself? Do you find yourself wondering why, despite everything you do, something still feels like it’s missing? Many people live this way, overextended, overlooked, and quietly exhausted, while trying to hold their relationships, responsibilities, and expectations together. Over time, always prioritizing others and neglecting your own needs can leave you feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from the life you’re working so hard to maintain. It doesn’t have to stay this way. A more balanced, meaningful, and genuinely fulfilling life is possible.
As a people-pleasing, eldest daughter I know firsthand how hard it can be to feel like you never quite measure up to the expectations of others. I truly believe that life isn’t meant to feel this hard or this heavy all the time. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own or stay stuck in a cycle that leaves you drained and unfulfilled. My approach to therapy begins with you, right where you are, without pressure or judgment. From there, we will work together to understand what’s been weighing on you and help you chart a path forward that feels aligned and sustainable. Along the way, you’ll build a stronger sense of control, learn practical tools to reduce overwhelm, and begin creating space for a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and truly your own.

Our counselors are trained to help you work through what's hard — not just talk about it. When you're ready, we're ready.
