Do you feel like you’re constantly giving your all, yet it never quite feels like enough? Are you the one everyone relies on who forgets to take care of themself? Do you find yourself wondering why, despite everything you do, something still feels like it’s missing? Many people live this way, overextended, overlooked, and quietly exhausted, while trying to hold their relationships, responsibilities, and expectations together. Over time, always prioritizing others and neglecting your own needs can leave you feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from the life you’re working so hard to maintain. It doesn’t have to stay this way. A more balanced, meaningful, and genuinely fulfilling life is possible.
As a people-pleasing, eldest daughter I know firsthand how hard it can be to feel like you never quite measure up to the expectations of others. I truly believe that life isn’t meant to feel this hard or this heavy all the time. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own or stay stuck in a cycle that leaves you drained and unfulfilled. My approach to therapy begins with you, right where you are, without pressure or judgment. From there, we will work together to understand what’s been weighing on you and help you chart a path forward that feels aligned and sustainable. Along the way, you’ll build a stronger sense of control, learn practical tools to reduce overwhelm, and begin creating space for a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and truly your own.

I am an LPCC in Colorado, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My work is grounded in compassion, steadiness, and a belief in the strong connection between the body, brain, and emotional wellbeing. I approach therapy in a way that feels calm, supportive, and practical, helping clients feel safe enough to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Before entering clinical counseling, I worked in community children and family agencies, with a focus on attachment-related concerns, family systems, and early relational stress.
I work with: Children who need help expressing emotions and building regulation skills Adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, school stress, and family conflict Adults facing overwhelm, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions Families and parents seeking stronger connection and communication with their children.
My style is warm, steady, and collaborative, with attention to both insight and practical change.

Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.

Meet face-to-face or online, whichever feels right for you. Our offices offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions, so you can choose what works.
Most major insurance plans are accepted here, so cost isn't what's standing between you and feeling better — and we'll handle the paperwork.
Our counselors are trained to help you work through what's hard — not just talk about it. When you're ready, we're ready.
