I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you unhook from difficult, tangled thoughts and feelings and to live according to your values. I also use EMDR to support clients healing from trauma. Together, we will collaborate to figure out what has you feeling stuck and what actions you can take to move toward a full, meaningful life.
