Together we use the therapy space to co-create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. My approach centers on exploring your internal landscape—your emotions, values, patterns, and lived experiences—with curiosity and compassion. I believe in your innate capacity for growth, meaning, and self-understanding while attending to questions of purpose, meaning, freedom, and responsibility. I also incorporate elements of wilderness and nature-based therapy, drawing on the power of the natural world to support reflection, grounding, and deeper self-connection. Together, we work toward greater authenticity, clarity, and a more grounded connection to yourself and your life.

Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.

One of the strongest predictors of success in therapy is the connection you share with your therapist, so finding the best fit is an important first step! I believe in the "therapeutic relationship," developing a relationship of trust and respect. We will work together to find the approach that best fits you—your needs, goals, and unique situation. My focus is to provide a safe place to be heard, understood, and supported. No matter where you are on your journey, I will meet you there, and together we will maximize your potential and develop a greater appreciation for yourself and your ability to reach your goals. Long-term change is a process. You possess within you all the skills and tools necessary for change. I assist you in discovering and learning how to utilize those tools in the most effective ways. I look forward to helping you find answers, direction, healing, and wellness.
