About Seth

Maybe everything hurts, our hearts shadowed and strange. But only when everything hurts may everything change. - Amanda Gorman. Everyone's lived experiences are vastly different and finding a therapist who can honor and understand these differences is essential to success. My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that I believe in tailoring our sessions to meet your individual experiences, needs, and goals. From an LGBTQ+ inclusive feminist lens, my approach integrates the understanding that we must look at ourselves holistically within the context of our communities, relationships, society, and internal selves. No matter what you are facing, my ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, empowering space for you to explore your inner strength and see your true value. With proper support and guidance, you can heal and reach your full potential. My background includes mental health care for children, teenagers, and adults, survivors of violence and exploitation, gender and sexuality-affirming care, couples/relational care, and the processing of traumatic experiences. See below for further specializations and services. If you are ready to take the first step towards better mental health, I am here to support you every step of the way.

There is always light. If only we are brave enough to see it. If only we are brave enough to be it.

The first step towards finding the right counselor is what we call 'Getting Matched.' Our Get Matched form will evaluate your needs and display a matching counselor or nurse practitioner that fits your needs. Answering these questions will help you narrow down your search to a few counselors who align with your needs.

Yes absolutely!  You'll receive email and text reminders about your upcoming sessions.

Of course! We will bill your primary and secondary insurances. You'll be able to provide us with both insurance payers after booking a session.

Absolutely!

Most insurances do NOT require a prior-authorization. However, upon booking a session with us, our support team will verify your benefits to determine if a prior authorization is required.

Prior authorization is required for Tricare Primary Active Duty Members (IP is the military personnel)
If you have Tricare Prime Active Duty and the active duty personnel is the IP (identified patient) then a prior authorization is required when seeking counseling from a civilian provider such as Overcomers Counseling.  However, family members of the Active Duty member do not need prior authorization.

Couples counseling is typically not covered by insurance. This is because many insurance companies consider relationship counseling as not medically necessary, therefore, it falls outside the standard coverage. Please visit our Costs to learn more about our rates.

Yes!  Health First Colorado (Medicaid CO) is broken up into seven regions (RAEs), and Overcomers is in-network with all regions.  On rare occasions, Overcomers may not be able to accept a client with specific stipulations with their Medicaid benefits.  Upon booking a session, Overcomers will verify your benefits.

Gemini Ai
AI Summary
Across hundreds of client reviews, one theme comes through again and again: people feel truly heard here. Clients describe finally finding a therapist who understood them, gaining real tools for anxiety, trauma, and anger management, and walking away from sessions feeling lighter and more hopeful. Many say Overcomers was the first place therapy actually felt like the right fit — a space to be met with warmth, patience, and genuine care on the path to becoming who they're meant to be.

Dr. Roncalli is such a huge support and help for me. She is brilliant, and very quickly added insight, developed applicable life skills, and is a grounding presence. Overcomers practice is clean, safe, and the atmosphere is calming. I'm thankful I met her when I did.

I really appreciate how she helped me with my anger management, anxiety, she helped me with my issues with my dad, etc. I really appreciate everything that she did for me and she opened my eyes to realize that there is so much more to life than what you can see with your bare eyes.

The staff is super awesome. It’s a breath of fresh air being able to get the weight off of my chest. 5/5 10/10 whatever the scale. I never realized how much it would help. Wish I would’ve done it sooner! Better late than never !

Stefanie Kerr, LPCC, NCC, MA
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been through some very extreme trauma, and I've also done so much research and done so much work on my own. As a very self aware patient, it's insanely difficult to find a good fit for a therapist. Sometimes you just need to find someone who thinks outside of the box. Someone who makes you see a different perspective. I found this in Stefanie Kerr. She the most wonderful therapist I have ever met, and I've met A LOT! She encourages you to see yourself as just a normal human. You get stuck in this mindset that you aren't normal and get used to the label of being a broken person and she somehow makes you feel like you were never actually broken at all, you were just using your toolbox all wrong. She gives you the guidance to use what you found that works for you and makes it better! She smashes toxic coping mechanisms and helps you turn them into beneficial ones. She not only improved my life but my relationship with emotions in general. Along the way therapy with her has even helped my marriage!! Not only has my spouse seen a huge change in me, but my peers have pointed out how absolutely zen I am compared to how emotionally dysregulated I used to be. The way she changes your relationship with emotions is absolutely magical and I will recommend her to everyone I know until I die. She is an absolute blessing to the therapy world.
