I want to foster a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere for all my clients—a place where you want to come, learn, and grow. My goal is to meet you where you are and come alongside you to help you get where you want to be, becoming a happy, healthy, and thriving individual. You are the expert of yourself, and I believe in being client-centered, allowing you to lead the therapeutic process. I believe real change occurs when you are ready for it. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and the future you desire.
