From an LGBTQ+ inclusive feminist lens, my approach integrates the understanding that we must look at ourselves holistically within the context of our communities, relationships, society, and internal selves.No matter what you are facing, my ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, empowering space for you to explore your inner strength and see your true value. My background includes mental health care for children, teenagers, and adults, survivors of violence and exploitation, gender and sexuality-affirming care, couples/relational care, and the processing of traumatic experiences.
