I will meet you where you are, partner with you, and walk alongside you to achieve your goals. I am here to help you find hope and strength again. I look forward to working with you. I enjoy helping others navigate the challenges life brings, such as relationship issues, separation, parenthood, life transitions, sexuality, stress, anxiety, and depression.
