About Mallory

As a therapist, I believe I work for you because no one knows you better than you know yourself. I will walk with you on your journey to healing and help you discover the roots of your issues. I am committed to supporting you in finding solutions that will facilitate your growth, bring you peace, and enable you to embrace your authentic self, living a life of fulfillment and prosperity. I am well-educated in addiction studies, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a safe space to be yourself, connect with your honest emotions, and express whatever you need to say without judgment. I emphasize an approach that includes compassion, authenticity, and understanding as we work together to find courage, embrace healing, and actualize the potential that has been within you all along. I feel passionate about trauma-informed therapy perspectives, Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing practices, and mindfulness skills for healing, balance, and for connecting to our internal experiences.

Together, we’ll take every step of your journey, side by side, through every twist and turn ahead.
