Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for yourself or your child takes care, intention, and courage, and I’m honored you’re exploring what support could look like for you or your family.
You may be someone who always seems to have it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you find yourself people-pleasing, second-guessing your decisions, or carrying the weight of past experiences that continue to shape your relationships and sense of self. Perhaps you're tired of anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. If you're longing to feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and the people you care about—you don't have to navigate that journey alone.
Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you with curiosity and compassion. We'll identify your needs, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to trust yourself and advocate for what matters to you. As healing unfolds, you'll build a more secure relationship with yourself, cultivate healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others, and move through everyday life with greater peace, resilience, and authenticity.
If your child is experiencing challenges at school and in relationships with impulse control, emotion regulation, school difficulties, attachment struggles, and social skills, then I'm the right fit. Through engaging activities and an attachment focus, I help children express themselves, build secure connections, and develop effective coping strategies to increase their success at school and at home.

Yes! You can book an appointment directly with a psychiatrist in Colorado without a referral. Our psychiatrists can assess your needs to provide medication management and/or refer you to therapy if needed.
It depends on your needs.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe medication and manage treatment for complex mental health conditions. A psychologist or therapist focuses on counseling and behavioral therapy.
Many clients benefit from seeing both.
Absolutely. Psychiatrists specialize in diagnosing and treating anxiety disorders. They can recommend therapy, prescribe medication if appropriate, and provide online psychiatry services or in-person sessions.
A medication management psychiatrist in Colorado specializes in evaluating, prescribing, and monitoring medications that support your mental health. They take a collaborative approach to create a treatment plan, which may include medications to support your mental well-being.
Our counselors are trained to help you work through what's hard — not just talk about it. When you're ready, we're ready.
