Every story carries a sacred significance, intricately woven with threads of culture, heritage, courage, pain, and personal history. As an Asian-American therapist, I understand the importance of representation in therapy and the power of being truly seen. Many of the threads in our lives are formed through moments of struggle, uncertainty, and resilience—experiences that shape not only where we’ve been, but how we show up in the present. My commitment is to gently explore and honor these threads with you, recognizing both the wounds they hold and the strength they reveal. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, guided by empathy, understanding, and respect. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion are not only welcomed but honored as vital threads in the healing process. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, from children as young as five to adults. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Regis University. This foundation allows me to support clients navigating cultural identity, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma. If you are ready to explore your story—untangling what no longer serves you and strengthening the threads that sustain you—I invite you to reach out. Together, we can weave a path toward healing, growth, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
One courageous step can lead to new pathways.
