I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are, without judgment or pressure, and creating a safe, supportive space where individuals of all ages and families can feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, family stress, or the impact of difficult past experiences. Together, we can explore what is getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, growth, and lasting change. My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from approaches such as CBT, EFT, IFS, trauma-focused interventions, and family systems work, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I also understand that faith and spirituality can be an important part of the healing process. When desired by the client, I am comfortable incorporating Christian faith and spiritual values into therapy in a respectful and clinically appropriate way. My goal is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels manageable, helping you feel supported as you move toward greater stability, connection, and hope.
