Navigating your spiritual journey can feel like you’re on a road with no clear map. The goal of counseling isn’t to tell you where to go. It’s to help you find your own way, so you can feel a sense of purpose and peace. We work together to help you understand your unique experience, process any feelings of doubt or spiritual trauma, and find a sense of self-worth that is not defined by others. We believe in your capacity to live a life that is full and rewarding.

A crisis of faith can feel like your spiritual compass has lost its direction, leaving you feeling lost and unsure. Counseling provides a safe space for you to ask difficult questions and explore your doubts without judgment. We can help you understand the root of your questions and find ways to navigate them with grace and courage. You are not a bad person for having doubts; you are a human being on a journey to find your truth.

Religion is often about a specific set of rules and beliefs within a structured institution. Spirituality is a more personal experience about your connection to something bigger than yourself. It's like the difference between a textbook and your own personal journal. Both are valuable, and we can work with you to understand your unique experience.

Spirituality is a complex topic, and it can bring up a lot of emotions. You may struggle with feelings of guilt, shame, or fear. It's also common to feel like you're not "spiritual enough." We understand these struggles. We will provide a safe space for you to process your feelings and find a new way to connect with yourself. We believe you have the power to live a life that is full and rewarding.
