I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado. I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have experience working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adult clients. I support clients coping with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem problems, and grief. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care and utilize an eclectic, integrated approach to come alongside my clients and help them deepen their understanding of themselves, better cope with their mental health, and find healing. I utilize a combination of Trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered techniques to help my clients meet their therapeutic goals.
