The goal of counseling for perpetrators of sexual abuse is to help you take back control of your life. While you may have been told you can't change, we believe you can. We can work together to help you understand what triggers your behavior, so you can learn new ways of handling your impulses without resorting to abuse. We will give you the tools and support you need to develop a healthier way of being and live a more peaceful life.

Yes, it can. Change is possible. Taking the first step to seek help is a powerful sign of your strength and willingness to change. Our counseling is a non-judgmental space where we help you understand the root of your behavior. We'll give you a new playbook for responding to your urges, so you can choose a different path. We can work together to help you become a person who resolves conflict with respect and compassion, not with abuse.

Understanding why you act the way you do is the first step toward change. It’s like finding a map for a journey that has gone wrong. Counseling helps you explore the underlying causes of your behavior, which could be anything from past trauma to a lack of healthy coping skills. We believe that by understanding the "why," you can make better choices and find a new way to live. We will help you stop the cycle of abuse and live a more rewarding life.

We understand that taking the first step to get help can feel like the hardest thing in the world. It’s a brave and powerful decision. We are here to support you in every way possible. We know that motivation can come and go, but just showing up is a victory in itself. You can create a life of respect and peace, and we will be there to support you in becoming the person you want to be.
