The goal of counseling for perpetrators of domestic abuse is to help you take back control of your life. While you may have been told you can't change, we believe you can. We can work together to help you understand what triggers your behavior, so you can learn new ways of handling conflict without resorting to violence. We will give you the tools and support you need to develop healthier relationships and live a more peaceful life.

Understanding why you act the way you do is the first step toward change. It’s like finding a map for a journey that has gone wrong. Counseling helps you explore the underlying causes of your behavior, which could be anything from past trauma to a lack of healthy coping skills. We believe that by understanding the "why," you can make better choices and find new ways to handle life’s challenges. We can help you stop the cycle of abuse and live a more rewarding life.
