I understand that healing looks different for everyone, so I strive to help each unique individual find the best way forward to achieve their goals! I specialize in working with women, teens, and preteens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, depression, phobias, and complex histories of trauma and abuse, including sexual trauma.
