Together we will work towards the things that are important to YOU, and towards a sense of autonomy and empowerment that will carry you forward through future struggles. Drawing from a variety of skills and interventions relevant to your specific needs, we will move consciously through the present, forge a way towards the future, and explore the past, while honoring the complex pathways that brought you here. I believe we invite change when we honor our past without judgment, acknowledge thoughts and beliefs that no longer align with our values, and apply values-aligned action towards future healing.
