About Carolyn
I'm a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC in Colorado, LPCA in South Carolina) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, just as you are.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to explore what’s next, we’ll work together in a way that centers your values, voice, and sense of agency. I draw from a variety of approaches based on what fits you best, and we’ll move at a pace that respects your needs, whether we’re focusing on the present, making space for the past, or imagining the future.
I’m especially drawn to work that explores how early experiences shape who we are and how we relate to the world. Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of developmental or complex trauma- wounds that can be hard to name but show up in powerful ways over time. Together, we’ll gently untangle those patterns and work toward greater clarity, connection, and healing.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating adoption-related experiences, identity questions, anxiety, and the layered grief that can accompany growth.
