Hi there! I am Madeline, and I am so glad you are here! I work with clients who are experiencing a wide range of mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma, separation, grief and loss, times of transition, social isolation, substance use issues, anger management, and resilience building. You, the client, and your unique needs and lives guide my counseling approaches.I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that considers how single-event trauma and daily chronic stress take a toll on your mind, body, and relationships. I use evidence-based, neuroscience-backed approaches to help you create a sense of renewed stability and resilience in your mind, physical body, and relationships.I see you and understand how difficult the first step of reaching out often is, but I hope you make that choice for a better path forward.
