Our therapists provide a neutral, supportive space for individuals and couples to process what happened and figure out what they need, without pressure to decide anything before they're ready.

What is the goal of counseling for infidelity?

When infidelity happens, it can feel like your relationship has been shattered into a million pieces. The goal of counseling isn't to pretend the glass isn't broken, but to help you decide if you want to rebuild it. We’ll help you process the intense emotions, understand the root causes of what happened, and work together to rebuild trust. It's a challenging journey, but we believe in your capacity to find a new sense of connection.

How can a relationship survive infidelity?

A relationship can absolutely survive infidelity, but it will never be the same. It's like a broken bone that heals—it will be stronger, but it will always have a scar. Counseling provides a safe space for both partners to explore their feelings without judgment. We’ll help you find new ways to communicate, and we will guide you in creating a new foundation based on honesty and vulnerability. We believe in your capacity to heal and find a new way forward.

Can counseling help me forgive my partner?

Forgiveness is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. It’s a bit like releasing a heavy bag of rocks—it’s not about excusing the behavior, but about freeing yourself from the weight of carrying it. Counseling helps you work through the complex emotions so you can decide if and when you're ready to forgive. We believe that forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself, and we're here to help you get there.

How can I stop feeling so angry and hurt after my partner cheated?

It is completely normal to feel a mix of anger, hurt, and sadness after infidelity. It's a profound betrayal, and it can feel like your whole world has been turned upside down. Counseling provides a safe, supportive space for you to process your feelings without judgment. We’ll help you find ways to express your emotions in a healthy way, so you can stop living in the past and start looking toward the future. You deserve to heal, and we're here to help you find peace again.

The staff is super awesome. It’s a breath of fresh air being able to get the weight off of my chest. 5/5 10/10 whatever the scale. I never realized how much it would help. Wish I would’ve done it sooner! Better late than never !

I have been through some very extreme trauma, and I've also done so much research and done so much work on my own. As a very self aware patient, it's insanely difficult to find a good fit for a therapist. Sometimes you just need to find someone who thinks outside of the box. Someone who makes you see a different perspective. I found this in Stefanie Kerr. She the most wonderful therapist I have ever met, and I've met A LOT! She encourages you to see yourself as just a normal human. You get stuck in this mindset that you aren't normal and get used to the label of being a broken person and she somehow makes you feel like you were never actually broken at all, you were just using your toolbox all wrong. She gives you the guidance to use what you found that works for you and makes it better! She smashes toxic coping mechanisms and helps you turn them into beneficial ones. She not only improved my life but my relationship with emotions in general. Along the way therapy with her has even helped my marriage!! Not only has my spouse seen a huge change in me, but my peers have pointed out how absolutely zen I am compared to how emotionally dysregulated I used to be. The way she changes your relationship with emotions is absolutely magical and I will recommend her to everyone I know until I die. She is an absolute blessing to the therapy world.
