I believe every individual has the capacity to define who they are and who they want to become, regardless of their past. My job is to help you reconnect, redefine, and re-imagine who you are by discovering what matters most to you. My primary goal as a counselor is to create a space for every individual to explore their lives and find opportunities to grow and create the change they want to see. I take a holistic approach to the counseling experience by exploring nutrition and physical activity with a unique therapeutic approach that combines CBT, Existentialism, Shadow Work, and Dream Analysis. My mission is to help you gain control over Stress and Anxiety, understand and transform past Trauma, navigate Life Transitions, and explore faith-based and spiritual concerns by re-establishing broken or lost connections with who you are, and what is most important to you.
