I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to embrace their most authentic selves. I believe in the innate resilience of people, recognizing that even in the face of adversity, there exists an incredible capacity for growth and transformation. The boundless possibility of healing is at the core of my work, and I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and genuine curiosity about their lived experiences. My role is to witness and support each individual’s unique journey, no matter what shape it takes, honoring the highs, lows, and everything in between. As Carl Rogers so eloquently said, "A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a fixed quantity of traits." This belief inspires me to meet clients where they are, holding space for their ongoing evolution and helping them navigate the complexities of their personal path with compassion and hope.
