I am here to walk alongside you through the mountains and valleys of life, offering support as you navigate challenges, heal, and discover hope and meaning along the journey. With about 5 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with adults facing a variety of struggles, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, addiction, and life transitions or relationship issues. My goal is to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, a highly effective approach to addressing trauma, as well as Prepare/Enrich for premarital counseling, which helps couples build strong foundations through improved communication and conflict resolution tools. Together, we can work toward clarity, growth, and lasting change.
