Hello! I have been working in the mental health field for the past 15 years, gaining experience in a variety of areas including trauma, addiction, dual diagnosing, and grief, among others. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most challenging moments, helping them navigate toward healing and recovery. I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to expanding my knowledge and skills within the field. Whether it's through professional development, training, or collaboration with others, I am eager to continue growing so I can make an even greater impact in the lives of those I support.
