I would be honored to journey alongside you as you navigate this difficult season of life. As a relational therapist, I believe that our stories begin and end in the community. We cannot understand your current life space without considering the family, society, and culture that have shaped your world. I am an emotionally focused, trained therapist who utilizes a systemic, attachment-based, and culturally conscious approach to therapy. I believe that therapy works best when everyone can be authentically themselves. That's why I strive to create a safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I also value humor in therapy when appropriate because laughter can be another piece of that healing. I look forward to the work we will do together!
