Rahel has been a joy to work with so far. She's very pleasant and seems excited to help me with my mental health journey. She's very welcoming and easy to warm up. She listens intently, asks meaningful questions, gives helpful advice and affirmations, and is very responsive. She's prompt to our appointments and is very diligent in recalling and addressing things from our last session to help keep the flow and the conversation going. She's also very skilled in facilitating natural transitions in the conversation and topics. I'm very happy and grateful for her professional help!

I can just say the confidence I have today I didn't have before I met Jennifer. She taught me amazing tools for me to be the best mother I have ever been. Trauma is a thing that takes time to heal but I have this.

Kaitlyn was patient and kind, but she also gave me a different perspective to look at various things in my life. She truly made a difference and I'm only leaving because I'm moving out of state wish I could keep seeing her!! Recommend her to anyone!
