Managing Office Issues & Maintenance

We will need to conduct a monthly or bi-monthly review to ensure our offices remain in excellent condition. This includes checking the following:

  • Furniture is well-maintained and in good repair.
  • Wall art and decorations are presentable and intact.
  • Internet connection is stable and functional.
  • Office supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
  • The Office Room Schedule is up-to-date and efficiently accommodates both current and new clinicians.

This regular review will help maintain a professional, functional, and welcoming workspace.
