We’re here to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained workspace for everyone.
When submitting a request, please include the Office and Room number as listed in the Office Room layout. Providing photos is highly encouraged, as they help us communicate more effectively with Building Owners or Property Managers.
To maximize the utility of the Chromebooks, furniture, and other associated office equipment, it is imperative that staff exercise meticulous care when using said equipment. This will extend the lifespan of the items, while also reducing malfunctions and the need for replacements. This would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Cleaning crews are scheduled to come in on Sunday evenings to handle vacuuming, wiping down horizontal surfaces, and taking out the trash. However, if the office requires additional attention, we kindly ask everyone to contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Do not bring personal items into the office that cannot be contained on the bookshelf located in the office.
Chromebooks are not to be taken home without prior approval from the Office Manager or Administration. As office spaces are shared and subject to sudden changes, all equipment must remain on-site to ensure proper accessibility and management.
