What does a flexible schedule mean?
At Overcomers, a flexible schedule signifies a work arrangement where clinicians (W2/1099 counselors/NPs) have a degree of autonomy in managing their work hours and appointments. This involves variations in start and finish times, the ability to accommodate personal commitments, and the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model. The core principle is promoting work-life balance and adapting to each clinician's needs.
FAQs about a Flexible Schedule:
What does part-time mean?
- Any counselor doing 32-99 hours a month is part-time at Overcomers. 32 or fewer hours a month don’t meet our minimum requirements for W2 Counselor. Learn more about Caseload Minimum. The caseload minimum does not apply to NPs.
Part-time or Full-time statuses don't apply to 1099s. 1099 are independent contractors, so they always have a flexible schedule.
What does full-time mean?
- Full-time counselors consistently hit 100+ hours monthly. To hit 100+ hours usually means scheduling ~120-130 appointments. Overcomers' has had ~80% show rate since 2019 for counselors in their 1st year at Overcomers. In year 2+, most counselors will have a ~90% show rate.
Can I go from part-time to full-time?
