Important Notes about Termination/Resigning
- We request 30 days' notice (for all employees).
- Clinicians will need to write termination notes for each of their clients.
- Clinicians can use the transfer form (Transfer a Client) to schedule their clients with another clinician.
- Clinicians should coordinate a time with the office manager to give them their keys to the office (if applicable).
- Clinicians will have access to Overcomers' EHR up to 3 days after the last day of employment to complete any session notes. If the clinician has unwritten notes at the end of the 3 days, the supervisor/admin will write these notes, and the clinician will NOT be paid for these sessions.
