Clinicians, 90+ hours on average per month

  • $660, max reimbursement
  • Calculations are based on the last 6-month average.

Clinicians, 32 - 89 hours on average per month

  • $330, max reimbursement
  • Calculations are based on the last 6-month average.

Clinicians, 0 - 31 hour average per month

  • $0, max reimbursement

FT Support Team

  • $660, max reimbursement
  • Calculations are based on the last 6-month average.

PT Support Team

  • $0, max reimbursement

FAQs

What services are allowed by this EAP?

Any individual, couples therapy or family therapy can be reimbursed.

What provider can I use for this EAP benefit?

Currently, Overcomers allows any licensed therapist or candidate you deem a good fit for your needs.

What is the maximum reimbursement rate per session?

There is no limit on the reimbursement amount per session. As outlined in the table above, if you are eligible for $330, this can be allocated across as many sessions as you and your therapist decide.

Can I see a counselor for Couples Therapy for me and my spouse?

Yes.  The max reimbursement rate is $110/session/hr.  

I am a contractor (1099).  Can I use this benefit?

No, currently, this benefit is only available to employed staff.

Do I need to pay for my therapy sessions first?

Yes.  Overcomers will reimburse you after you submit receipts for reimbursement.  

When do I get reimbursed?

After submitting your expense reimbursement, the amount will be included in your next paycheck.

How do I get reimbursed?

You must submit a receipt (paid invoice, statement, etc.) through our Expense reports in Paylocity.  Learn how here:  Reimbursement Policy.
