As a therapist, I have a deeply held belief in the power of listening and acceptance. It can be scary to trust in yourself, especially when you are suffering. Therapy with me is a space to let go and be yourself: no masks, no judgment, just curiosity, acceptance, and compassion. I provide this space for clients of all backgrounds. I am passionate about supporting clients healing from trauma, dealing with ADHD, and dealing with anxiety. I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you unhook from difficult, tangled thoughts and feelings and to live according to your values. I also use EMDR to support clients healing from trauma. Together, we will collaborate to figure out what has you feeling stuck and what actions you can take to move toward a full, meaningful life.
