- The Intake Outcome procedure was created to streamline our workflow, ensure that the booking process runs smoothly and accurately, and guarantee that no client (or clinician) is overlooked. Learn more: Intake Outcome.
4/1/25
- Eligibility to become a full-time counselor (W2-FT) will be calculated using session 'hours' worked in Paylocity vs. 100+ session 'notes' in TN.
- 100+ Clinical Hours Bonus will be updated to reflect the FT/PT classification update. This means counselors will receive a $200 bonus for working 100+ clinical hours with a client or supervisee, as calculated in Paylocity for April and in the future. The 3/16/25 payday will use the old method to pay counselors for those 100+ notes in February.
- The Supervision Benefit is also updated to reflect the 100 hours vs. 100 notes. Candidates must hit 100 hours across the 2 paychecks for the month to qualify for free supervision.
- Supervisors will be reimbursed per 'Billed as Supervisor Session' (not note). Learn more: Billing Supervisor.
- All minors (17 and under) must have parental consent for therapy or medication management. If parents share 50/50 custody, consent is required from both parents. Our legal team advises that while there is often confusion around the "age of consent," the law provides only a narrow set of exceptions allowing minors to consent to their own treatment. As a standard policy at Overcomers, parental consent will always be required for minors. Read more: Documentation for Minors.
- Couples Intensives have been updated to provide a more straightforward implementation for the counselor and clearer pay.

- Transferring and Accepting Transfer Clients has been a pain point until today!🤞 Check out the updated Transfer a Client procedure coupled with the Accept Pending Clients for Transfer document to learn our new process, which will ensure no one slips through the cracks and adequate information is shared across the group. This procedure eliminates the need to send 'mass emails' to the entire staff (e.g., therapists@overcomewithus or clinicians@overcomewithus.com).
